Medici is an AI-powered front desk platform built specifically for Indian clinics, diagnostic centers, and small hospitals.

We started Medici because we saw how Indian clinics struggled with the same problem: front-desk staff overwhelmed by phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins — losing patients and revenue every single day. Existing solutions were either built for the US market (insurance-heavy, English-only) or were too complex and expensive for small Indian clinics.

Medici is different. Our AI speaks Hindi, English, and regional languages. It works on WhatsApp — because that's how Indian patients actually communicate. It handles UPI payments because that's how Indians pay. And it's priced for Indian clinics, not Silicon Valley startups.
